Leadership Team
John is viewed as a leading voice for worship leaders, worship ministries, choirs and orchestras, multigenerational worship, and family worship. He has hosted and taught at numerous conferences all over the world, and his blogs and articles have been featured in multiple worship magazines and online platforms. His love and passion for the local church is foundational as he continues to lead congregations in worship on a weekly basis.
John’s most recent worship project is the publication of the book How to Spell WORSHIP with Your Family that teaches how to harness the power of worship in our personal lives and also train it with our homes.
John and his wife Paige have 5 children: Grace, Hudson, John Luke, Levi, and Ellie
Dr. Peterson is an internationally recognized choral conductor and clinician, whose prior appointments include Director of Choral & Vocal Studies and Professor of Music at the Collinsworth School of Performing Arts at California Baptist University in Riverside, California, Director of Choral Studies at Bethel University (Minnesota) and Associate Director of Choral Activities at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Peterson has also served as music director and conductor for college, secondary school, church, and community choirs in California and Washington. Ensembles under his leadership have performed in venues throughout the United States, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, including the Sistine Chapel, the Sydney Opera House, Chicago Symphony Hall, and Carnegie Hall.
Due to his reputation in the international choral community, Dr. Peterson is in high demand as a lecturer, choral clinician and adjudicator for local, regional, and international choral festivals, symposiums and workshops, has conducted numerous honor choirs and all-state choirs, and served as a guest conductor for choral concerts and festivals around the world.
Dr. Peterson has served in various functions for ACDA, the California Choral Directors Association, the California Music Educators Association, and the Minnesota Choral Directors Association.
At Word Music, Scott served as Senior Director of Marketing, highlighted with the release of the bestselling The Celebration Hymnal and at Getty Music, he helped to develop and manage the highly successful Sing! Global Conference and Carnegie Hall concert events.
In addition to his music industry experience, Scott co-founded an international music performance travel company. He has helped thousands of travelers to have life-changing music experiences across the globe. His passport stamp count is approaching 50 countries…and counting.
Scott lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Beverly. He plays trombone and enjoys music of all styles. Scott also enjoys hiking, art museums, and college sports and roots for his alma mater, the University of Kentucky.
Before heading off to college, David served in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Mobile, Alabama as a reservist. While in college, he sang with the college vocal ensemble, Voices of Mobile, from the University of Mobile led by Roger Breland, and served as the group’s Tour Manager his senior year. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Worship Leadership, David spent the following summer leading worship for evangelistic crusades as a Military Music Pastor with the Cathedral of Praise in Manila, the Philippines. Currently, David serves as a team leader and featured soloist for the Florida Worship Choir and Orchestra.
When David is not traveling or singing, you can often find him playing disc golf at the local course or spending time with his wife Jessica and his sons Levi and Asher.
Management Team
Paul Lam - Founder & Chairman
Paul Lam is the senior advisor for Worship Convergence International. Over three decades, he has successfully organized a vast number of performance and special interest tour programs to internationally acclaimed events such as the FIFA World Cup USA, Beijing Olympic Cultural & Music Festival, Oberammergau Passion Play, and the Rome Sacred Music Festival. He is also the founder of Kingsway International.
Roland Zuehlke - Managing Director
Born and raised in Switzerland, Roland Zuehlke arrived in the U.S. in 1987 to complete his studies in New York and launch a career in marketing and advertising. He has held senior positions at Switzerland Tourism and Kuoni Tours amassing more than 20 years of experience meeting the demands of discerning and knowledgeable music directors. His career includes organizing many large music festivals in Austria, France, Germany and Italy as well as international events such as the Oberammergau Passion Play and Catholic World Youth Day.
Zoe Franciscus - Managing Director
In charge of program management, Zoe Franciscus draws heavily on her creativity and broad knowledge of European group travel. She was born and raised in Ireland and holds a B.A. in International Marketing and Japanese. Since 1997 Franciscus has held various executive positions while working for several multi-billion dollar international tour operators. She has organized successful international music festivals in Canterbury, Lincoln, Lucerne, Paris, Rome, Salzburg, Vienna, Wells and York as well as hundreds of customized performance tours throughout Europe.
Julia Wright - Administrative Manager
With more than 20 years in retail management, Julia Wright has an extensive background in sales and operations with a focus on the customer experience. The skills gained from working in a customer-centric culture have also been applied in her work portfolio as project manager in special event planning, interior design projects for residential and commercial clients, and as a business/personal coach. Since 2011, providing great experiences has extended to her role as a group travel coordinator for choir and orchestra domestic and international mission tours. She has a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Louisiana State University.
